For fine art print orders, or if you already have a high-resolution scan for restoration. No file size limit, no account required.
What to send: Uncompressed TIFF or highest-quality JPEG, at full resolution — avoid files already resized or compressed for web/social media.

For restoration work, mailing the original photograph (in addition to or instead of a scan) lets us assess it directly and produces the most accurate restoration.
How to pack it: Sandwich the photo between two pieces of acid-free cardboard, seal in a plastic sleeve, and mail flat in a rigid envelope or small box. Use tracked, insured shipping.
